Porcelain Reconsidered brings together contemporary artists working with porcelain in ways that move beyond its traditional associations with delicacy, purity, and perfection.

Shaped over time by technical innovation, cultural exchange, and shifting ideas of refinement, porcelain carries a complex history. To work with it today is to work in relation to that history.
